Our return policy allows you to return or exchange an item, excluding the shipping charge within a period of seven days. We can only accept returns without the signs of wear and tear.

Software cannot be returned once opened and if defective can be exchanged for the same title only.

All items will be tested upon receipt for time used.

Special order items are not returnable.

Any item returned without all the original packaging and contents is subject to restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price including the cost of missing items.

Before a return can be accepted, you must email a customer service representative for approval using our contact form. Upon approval you will receive an RA number. We cannot accept returns without an RA number. After you receive your RA number you must ship within 5 business days. There is no return for used electronic equipment.
